Keeping this factor in view, the promoters, who have experience of putting up plants for manufacturing automobile components and running other industries, have decided to set up a plant for manufacturing Slotted Pins and Disc Springs a quality product, both internally and internationally. The plant, has state of art plant and machinery, equipped to manufacture Slotted Spring Pins of diameter up to 20 mm with maximum length of 150 mm and Disc Springs. The plant is managed by a team of experienced and qualified engineers. The plant has been recognized as 100 % Export Oriented Unit by Government of India. The plant has the technical know how from M/s G.E.Bissell & Co. Ltd., U.K, who were pioneers of this product in Europe.
The company exports 80% of its production particularly to Europe, UK, USA, Canada, among other developed and under developed countries. The plant has a capacity of producing 30 million pieces per month of various sizes ranging from 1mm to 20mm besides Disc Springs.
It has full fledge testing facility to match with quality requirements. The plant has been accredited for ISO/TS16949: 2002 by TUV of Germany.
